Ayurveda - A Boon for Human Community

Ayurveda is a science that has evolved as a human evolved. Ayurveda can be called as a science that deals with a person's health. main stress of Ayurveda is to eradicate sadness and grief of a person's life. And sorrow and misery can be either physically or emotionally.

There are two principles of Ayurveda

· First and foremost is to maintain patients free state of a healthy individual.

Just Ayurveda is a science that tells us how to lead healthy and productive life style that is extremely useful for the remaining disease free. As mentioned in the ancient texts of Ayurveda, there are two types of regime that must be followed. These are :-

· Dan regime - it deals with what to do all the daily routine. According to this person should wake up early in the morning about half an hour before the sun. He should get free from nature calls, then you should brush your teeth, then a bath. After that he should worship the supreme authority, and only then should have their meal. Evan diet is also given, and what should be done, and what does not. Therefore, covering all aspects involving the daily routine and diet.

· Night Mode - Night Mode comes next, which begins after sunset. It was mentioned that a person should have his dinner before sunset. He should relax and need to spend time with his family. He also mentioned that what should be a neighborhood place should have his bed and which direction to a sleep. Recent studies have shown that these small-small factors have a very definitive effect on the psychological, but also the physical aspect of a person.

There is another topic which is called as saddvritta, this deal with the social behavior of individuals. This aspect deals with the behavior of individuals and their responsibilities towards society lives in. It teaches us how to live in a society that is useful in the upliftment of mental states and activities of people around us.

In addition to these general heath maintenance methods, Ayurveda also says certain ways to achieve longitivity and live life as a youth. These methods are known as Rasayana. This can be achieved longitivity herbal medicines and following certain procedures.

Ayurveda mentions body detoxification and rejuvenating procedures known as Panchakarma. It is a five-step procedure that helps eliminate toxins in the body, thereby establishing homeostasis in the three juices, or (vata, pitta and kapha ).

Ayurveda also contains a list of existing plants with a complete description of their therapeutic use. There is also mention the preparation of various herbal remedies that are very useful eradication of various diseases caused due to certain reasons.

Therefore, Ayurveda can be called as a complete health science as the ability to complete transform you and your body making it an energetic, young and full of enthusiasm.
