There are six basic aspects of each abdominal exercise routine you must master to get six pack abs you're chasing. You can do crunches until you toss your dinner and do not meet your goal of a beautiful set of six pack abs. You must use a comprehensive approach that relates diet (diet), water intake, supplementation, exercise protocol, proper sleep rhythms, and detoxify the body. If you do all these things will get six pack abs and obliques nice set for a frame around them.
Nutrition
It does not matter what your exercise goal, you will not get a set of defined abs if you do not eat properly. I'm not talking about just skipping the fast food crap. I think of carbohydrates, proteins, and the right time to load on each.
If you have extra weight to lose, you should be careful not to restrict calories to much when it comes out. Just limit the starchy carbs and calories as useless, and all sugars.
If you restrict calories too much you will lose muscle and water rather than fat cells that you want to shed. Eating a meal containing complex carbs such as rice, pasta, bagels, fresh fruit, or baked potatoes about 30-60 minutes before training will provide a more sustainable level of energy and carbohydrates you need to blood sugar levels. Also eat organic foods whenever possible.
What you eat after a workout is just as important as what your about. You're going to have the samekinds of of carbs ,but you'llneed to add some protein for muscle repair and growth . I would suggest eating for recovery.
recovery meal serves two purposes: 1) It replaces lost carbohydrates and affects the amount of cortisol (a hormone that responds to stress), your body will release. 2) It loads the amino acids into your muscles to start re-building muscle tissue. If you miss this window of opportunity will not gain muscle and lose fat so fast.
Cortisol - increases blood pressure, blood sugar and reduces the immune response
.All Mighty Water
hydration is often overlooked aspect of any workout routine. If you do not consume enough water while working, or for that matter throughout the day you have wasted your time and May have caused damage to yourself. Not enough water is equal to dehydration.
consumption of sweet / sports drinks, caffeinated drinks only dehydrate your body more quickly. You should try to drink 7-10 ounces of room temperature water every 20 minutes while working out.
Water helps to regulate body temperature, deliver oxygen to your muscle tissue by maintaining blood volume increased. It also helps the kidneys in removing biological waste, and enhances the fat burning and muscle growth. A good rule to follow is to drink ½ your body weight in ounces daily.

If you're considering taking a supplement to put on a little more muscle, it is important to take stock of your life prior to fork over a dime. If you are not eating right, getting enough sleep, cutting back on stress and exercising regularly, meaning at least several times a week, supplements are not going to do much for you.
You can not expect to slack elsewhere and have the pills or powders to do it for you. You have a protein powder, creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamins, fish oils and amino acids to begin with.
Protein is best muscle building supplement in the world. It is available in the whey, soy, casein and eggs. Which is best for you? Whey - I'd stay away from soy and the use of hemp, if you're a vegetarian. Use what's available for you. You will want to see your goal in your first protein.
Each of the four being absorbed into a different pace. Whey is great for post-workout meal, because it is absorbed within 30 minutes. Then comes the egg and casein (milk)which is is absorbed during the period from 1.5 to 7 hours . Any of these before bed will provide a great source of protein for muscle growth and repair while you sleep. Soy protein is the source of the total, but due to estrogen properties I would use soy milk instead of hemp. Most serious bodybuilders / athletes will be a combination of all these protein supplements for maximum benefit.
Creatine is a naturally occurring substance in the body. the basics behind creatine supplements is that they cause an increase in the amount of ATP (the main energy source for muscles) in your body. More ATP means more reps and sets on more weight. That means faster muscle building. This amendment should be passed though. It is best to take him out for four weeks, then take two weeks off.
Glutamine is the most amino acids in muscle tissue. This helps to eliminate muscle and improve your muscles recovery time. Amino acid supplements should alwayscontain the branched -chainamino acids give you better results . Make sure you do not take creatine and glutamine at the same time. They are competing for the receptors on the muscle cells, and will cancel each other out. Take glutamine before a workout and creatine post-workout.
the reasons that multi-vitamin are obvious. deficiency in any mineral or vitamin can really slow down your progress and limit muscle growth and retention. You really can not ignore any of the supplements and expect excellent results.
exercise
a full program of development of muscle is apparent that the set of abs. Simple routine that will work best to comply. The entire program plus a good core workout, which involves movement of the ABS are all important in getting six pack abs. Abdominal exercises that will lead to six pack abs and a set of well-defined obliques by frame.
Sleep and body detoxification
must get enough sleep, period. Your muscles grow and repair themselves during sleep periods. Your supply of energy and blood sugar levels back up while you sleep. Depriving yourself enough rest is the same as depriving themselves of muscle mass and definition.
Why exercise if you are not going to have enough time to recover and end up wasting effort. Detoxifying your body is important for proper flow of nutrients to the muscles and require the removal of by-products of stress and muscle growth. Driving these toxins from your body will help to increase blood flow to the muscles. Every bodybuilder knows the benefits of better blood flow.
In addition to removing the obvious bad guys such as caffeine, alcohol and fatty foods, you need to lower your stress level. Meditation and "quiet time" are very useful for overall body harmony.
